Isaac had his best buddy Ben over to paint castles. The both got really creative and had a great time.

We had another great day at the Brookfield Zoo with Sue, Sam and Frida.  Isaac didn't want to touch the stingrays, but Sam and Frida both checked them out.

Jim and Dardi's

We stopped by Jim and Dardi's house on our way back to Chicago. It was so nice to see them!

Day Out with Thomas

Dave's Dad invited us to see Thomas the Tank Engine at Crossroads Village near his house.  Isaac was so excited to ride Thomas.  We also got to see Bob the Builder and go on some rides.  We ran into Dave's second cousin, Amanda, with her family.  It was a really great day!

White Sox Game

Grandpa Tom and Marna came to town for a Sox game. It was Hannah's first game and she wasn't too impressed with the loud noise, but Isaac had a good time!

Priory Park

We spent the morning at Priory Park with our friends Kate, Colin, Sam and Frida. Isaac had lots of fun in the sand while Hannah took a long nap in the stroller. We even got treats from the ice cream truck!

We had our neighbors, Kate and Colin, and their mom, Kathryn, over to play in the sandbox and have a picnic. It was quite messy, but a lot of fun!
