McDonald's at Children's Memorial Hospital

Isaac had a cardiology appointment today. He was really great for the nurse, doctor, EKG, putting on the 24-hour monitor and the blood draw! We had McDonald's for lunch. This one serves hotcakes all day! He was really excited to say hi to the clown. The appointment went great and Isaac is doing really well!

St. Charles Scarecrow Festival

Isaac's favorite display was Thomas the Train, of course.

He really wanted to go on the rides, so we told him we had to see if he was big enough.  He was exactly 36", so we had to convince him to go on one of the milder rides.

He was really excited to ride in the helicopter.  We couldn't believe that he did it!  He seemed a little scared, but he hid it well and was so proud when he was done!
