Isaac was such a good boy for his first haircut.

This was about the best mood Isaac was in during our hour-long attempt at some 18-month Fall, Halloween photos. He was grumpy and bored. We couldn't do anything to make him smile. So, we didn't purchase any photos and just scrapped the whole experience.

We got free passes to the Kohl Children's Museum (http://www.kohlchildrensmuseum.org/) in Glenview. Isaac has never been so excited! He loved every room more than the last! He lasted all day without a nap and went to bed at 3pm for the night. If we lived closer, we would definitely have a family pass. 
Isaac is soooooo big! He weighs 26 lbs (or the equivalent of ~3 gallons of milk). 
Isaac loves doggies. He got right in the cage with them!
The construction exhibit was the best! Not only because of the cute orange vests, but Isaac loved playing with the blocks.
He loved every room and really did not want to leave, but he was so tired.
We got free passes to the Morton Arboretum (http://www.mortonarb.org/) from the Forest Park Library, and it was a beautiful day! Isaac loved the children's area. There were fountains, flowers, tunnels, playgrounds, musical instruments. We were there for hours, but probably saw less than 1/10 of the garden. We can't wait to go back sometime.
We all had so much fun at the pool this summer. At the beginning of the summer, Isaac wasn't too sure about it, but then he started to love it. We were so sad that the summer was over and the pool was closing. Can't wait til Memorial Day 2010!

Our nanny, Angie, did lots of fun things with Isaac all summer. However, in September, Angie is starting a new job with Southwest Airlines and Isaac will be starting daycare at Concordia. We are really excited about Isaac starting Concordia, but sad to see Angie go. Isaac really loved her, and they had so much fun together. Hopefully, she will still be able to babysit occasionally.
